Again, 100% agree. With some many failings to pick from it's hard to choose a topline message against it. Aaron & Craig put it well, “the Review transgresses medical law, policy, and practice.”

Agree 100%. But technically Cass did commission (very flawed) systematic reviews… that were “peer reviewed” by someone with crayons. Report then plays telephone with those results. Biggest problem is no formal consensus process is reported, which IS the gold standard for clinical recommendations.

Always a bit uncomfortable comparing trans kids and precocious puberty. Different treatment across indications (and age groups) is not discriminatory in itself. But with similar evidence supporting treatment in both and only trans kids getting a bias systematic review without clinical consensus. Hmm
