I played the intro years back and it didn't initially click with me. Picked it up again and found myself enjoying it more. Although I wasn't fully drawn in by it's world and vibe, the exploration and puzzles kept me invested until the end.

Thunderbirds (2004)

Jonathan Frakes fourth and final feature film as a director. It was based on the original Supermarionation style TV show and stats Bill Pullman and Ben Kingsley. It was unfortunately extremely awful. Don’t think I’d blame it on Frakes tho. Give him another chance!

I knew this movie for 30+ years from the trailers on my Ninja Turtles Movie VHS tape I watched when I was a kid. They changed the name from the trailer, which was originally called “Step Kids”. It was really weird to watch after all this time!

We watched the Royal Rumble last weekend and one of my takeaways is that WWE now gives their “Superstars” what feels like AI generated names

The Enemy Below (1957)

The inspiration behind the Star Trek episode "Balance of Terror". Cool tense naval battle movie. There's some post war themes about humanity and fascism. Idk kind of a lot to think about that rn.
