This was my first foray into using this much TMM, I’m really unexpectedly pleased with how well it came out! I’m excited to see what else true metallics can do that I’ve overlooked.

Here is a commission I just finished, an Astral Knights Lieutenant and a Hive Fleet Jörmungandr Tyranid. The prompt was "metallic" and I really loved it.

In all honesty, the hardest part of setting up all these social media accounts has been understanding what amount of off-topic personal posting makes me seem "real and approachable" per site.

This place craves posting like Reddit doesn't, I cant even tell what Insta wants tbh, ect. ect.

I finished this Leopard for my Northwind Highlanders company about a month ago, but it took until now to get the pictures to come out right. D:

Now I have to figure out how to get the whole company in one picture!

Dipping my toes into sci-fi terrain! I found a .png of the posters from Signalis on the 'net and wanted to do something with a civil-war feeling with them.

Really pleased with the results, learned lots of little bits that I will bring to my next terrain project.

Fantastic display! It really sells the sci-fi feel of the setting. Do you need to tack them down at all, or are they stable enough to just stay in their spot?

A Viking longship turned into a mecha for the board game Expeditions 1920 or something like that. It is walking through a chaotic deep blue sea speckled with icebergs.

The archangel Michael from the board game Massive Darkness 2. He is lit from below by a red light and has a red halo that evokes the games black and red aesthetic. Above his head is a swan carrying a banner with his name and titles on it in Hebrew. If you can read Hebrew, it’s probably misspelled.

A Sawtooth from the Horizon Zero Dawn board game. It is flanked by four Watchers, they are all painted in the white, black, and yellow colors from the video game. Their bases are stark black with colored rings giving them more of a board game piece feel.

Today I’m starting the board game thread! I don’t have as many pics of these yet but I’ve gotten some fun stuff done, the client for that longship mech letting me go for it with the water and iceberg effect felt like a kid in a candy shop!

A Locust battlemech in Fox Patrol colors. It is primarily red with a light-gray fade on the feet like a fox’s boots. It has a number 2 on its left torso in a blocky military style. The base is badlands-esque.

Three BattleMechs in the colors of the Northwind Highlanders. From left to right, they are a Highlander crushing a yellow mech that it is standing on, an Atlas, and a Warhammer. They are mostly green with the Stewart tartan on their right torsos. The bases are dominated by grey stone or dirt and red grass. They are painted and based to match the box art for the Alpha Strike box set which is not shown in the picture.

A Black Knight battlemech which has been modified to look like a Gundam. The head blade thingys have been added on as has a custom beam-saber painted in green. The main colors are white, blue, and yellow in that order.

A Catapult battlemech in green with chaotic red and black stripes. The cockpit is gold like a fighter jet and the overall effect is asymmetric but clean.

The last set that I have photographed and fit for posting right now, some one-offs! The Northwind Highlanders are part of a full company and the rest of the Fox Patrol is there as well, not being as photogenic. Smaller representative pictures are easier to clean the dog hair out of. 😅

The cockpit is bright purple and the engine glows blue, the plane is bombing a tank which is exploding, sending its turret into the air. The smoke and fire from the explosion are hiding the flight wire which holds the plane aloft.

The same Shilone from the previous picture, this time shown from behind with the white/blue engine glow much more visible and the designs on the wings clear.

Two Skulker scout tanks from Battletech. They are in a blocky red black and white color scheme. They both have urban highway style bases and the right tank is passing a “road narrows” sign which has several apparent bullet-holes. They are shown from the back.

Wrapping up the Wildcats here with the vehicle representation. I loved getting to do this Shilone, it’s one of my favorite effects I’ve gotten to try in this hobby and I can’t wait to get another excuse to use it.

An Awesome battlemech. Is is painted red, with a white right arm and left leg, these limbs both have a black stripe running down the middle of them and a third stripe runs down the top of the cockpit. The base is in a savanna style, and the three blue PPCs draw the eye across the piece.

A few more from my mercenary company the Wildcats. I’ve done close to two companies of them, and that Jenner is even my profile picture. I can’t help it I love these little guys.
