Crossed wires & miscommunication is very frustrating! Ultimately, everyone is doing their best. It is easy to say “do better” when you haven’t been a part of ops & experienced how much sheer volume of communication there is to juggle. Everyone already agrees internal comms needs improvement.

used to think I’d never want to live in a city, but the more time i spend in them i realize how much more connected i feel. It’s so opposite the cultural propaganda we are fed our whole lives in the US that puts isolationism on a pedestal. It sucks. Sharing community w/ other human beings is the way

been thinking about this a lot as I spend more time in cities and away from the isolated place I’ve become accustomed to. Individualism is a blight on our society and culture. We are meant to live with and among each other. Togetherness is essential, especially now.
