We have cars on roads near us set up with exhausts meant to sound like bullets firing. And it’s legal. I almost break every time. I understand. I’m so sorry. 😢

Who should take care of patients with severe ME? There’s nothing in the U.S. Currently reliant on a physically abusive (and emotionally abusive, but the domestic violence is so frightening) family member. With no options I can find, even with a home, good HI, savings.

People with severe ME and chronic pain from SFN & other conditions need carers who help. When a carer becomes abusive we are in trouble. When the carer becomes physically abusive we have hit the place where there is no place to go.

Today, March 6 is Protect My Public Media Day – a national day of action to urge Congress to protect & sustain public media funding. With a critical government funding deadline on March 14, & increasing calls to defund public media, this is a pivotal moment to take action.

The problem w/ this is that people on SS (older), or on SSDI (disabled) in general don’t have the ability to march in the streets. There’s no complacency among those with disabilities or older folks, but they certainly can’t cause all hell to break loose on their own. Please don’t blame them.

All NIH studies are on hold as are grants, research, etc. Please call your reps and senators to tell them you are concerned. Pressure is needed.

Our beloved dog, Baxter, died on 11/2. He was old, had cancer, & we had to have him euthanized. Grief overwhelming. Rescue always. He rescued us. Then the election. On that I am numb now. For Baxter the grief & missing is always, accompanied by kitty purrs who seem to know.

I must admit my daughter set this up for me both times but she said it was very easy. & then I could review all the folks (with the same name) whom I was following on X. (I’m tech challenged! 😩)
