Yes. As I've previously highlighted, the Florida Highway Patrol gave this reporter a ride-along and it was very clear that they are pulling people over for pretextual reasons (window tint, seatbelt violations, failure to secure a dump truck cover, etc...) so that they can check peoples' papers.
