Off Grid Photography

The sun never stood a chance.

No clouds, no storm… just smoke. This eerie sunset was swallowed by thick haze drifting in from the Canadian wildfires.
The air was still, the light surreal. I’ve never seen the sky like this before.

Wow! Beautiful photos! I use an app to track the solar flares, and what an incredible few nights we had! I have time-lapse videos of them, I'll be posting shortly. Seeing the Northern Lights is quite an experience.

It was amazing to spend a week with Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) a few weeks ago. And as luck would have it, I could see it from my back yard! Space is amazing and will always blow my mind.
