For US Senate, I think the last was Fritz Hollings until 2005 or so. But we elected Joe Cunningham in SC #1 in 2018. After Joe won, the state Republicans gerrymandered our district essentially cutting off any areas of color and sticking them in James Clyburn’s district. So that gave us Nancy Mace.

Spouse and I were just talking about this! We’ve got this faction in our country that wants to drag us backward. Progress is a dirty word. We’re falling so far behind the rest of the world. We should be leading. Think of where we could be.

Just from that one shot, he looks like crap. Puffed up like a tick. Mouth open. Yikes.

It’s pouring rain and gloomy here where I am, but I’m waiting for this moment too.
