Had a really bad #AuDHD meltdown today- emotional triggers all bubbled up kind of out of nowhere and took a while for it to calm down.
There was a moment before it boiled over where I knew reaching to a sister or a friend might help, but I’m late diagnosed and they don’t know… so here’s to the void

#Wicked was all around so amazing, deserving of a swath of Oscars, but can we talk about the SOUND??
There were so many parts where just the sound design gave me CHILLS

I’ve seen #Wicked twice now and both times I could not keep a smile off my face throughout the entire film, and both cried and got full body chills during Defying Gravity… already want to see it a third time

I can’t get over how much warmer the lighting is and how much softer the features of their faces are the second time around 😭 #Arcane
