I don't think they need a Jacinda level person. They just need someone with a personality who actually believes in something and who can communicate. There's one person I think would fit this bill, but they need to get them in soon.

Whenever I've used Ai to program more than a single function or section of a conf file, it's introduced more bugs that have taken longer to fix than if I'd written it myself from scratch.
