#Superman lived up to the hype. Totally different from Henry Cavill AND Christopher Reeve, it's very much James Gunn's take on the character but the descriptions of it being a "Silver Age comic come to life" are bang on. Me and my family had a great time ❤️

It has its flaws but #EldenRing #Nightreign is the most time I've put into a multiplayer game in probably 13 years. A very unique experience and mad addictive 🫶

Straight white guy so my positionality here is weak but I got goosebumps at her defying Elaida even beaten down and bloodied as she was. It was a cruel and heart rending scene to watch but she went out a hero. If I have one complaint it's that showing her headless corpse was kind of unneccessary

RTD1 was a nice concoction of campy and grit, part of what made it the perfect family show, but it feels like this era has dropped the grit entirely and it feels more one dimensional for it

I'll also keep watching however as Ncuti Gatwa is a delight

I have issues with a few of these shows but as an obsessive fan of the genre it's amazing having four different epic fantasy shows airing currently 🗡

Finally got this today, a graphic novel adaption of one of my absolute favourite books ever, and I'm happy to say it's a treasure. The art is beautiful and it's a truly faithful telling of Le Guin's story #Earthsea

Can't believe #Bloodborne is 10 years old now. Yharnam still remains one of the best settings in any video game ever: the architecture, the atmosphere, the monsters, the lore, the sound design. Helps that the gameplay itself is top tier stuff.

Let's never allow this game to fade into obscurity.

Love these collected editions of Elric of Melniboné, beautifully illustrated and compiling the stories of one of fantasy's most fascinating protagonists. Hope to see more of Moorcock's characters such as Corum and Erekosë get the same treatment as they all deserve more love 💙📚🪐

One thing I really dig about today's #TheWheelofTime is that it highlights that WoT doesn't NEED to be the "next Game of Thrones"; that it is loved on its own very different merits.
