Near Dollywood is Gatlinburg, where there are weird little places to shop, the Wonderworks museum, a Ripley's Aquarium. It is a fun area, very touristy. Nashville has a lot of good gluten free stuff. I love Sunflower Bakehouse for vegan and gf breakfast.
