Ah gotcha! I responded in the PR but I think you want to define your theme vars as `inline`.

We renamed a bunch of CSS variable namespace in that release, so if you were adding a custom theme config before it might need some keys changed now. E.g. `--font-family-*` became `--font-*` etc. Kinda a last-minute change as we were getting ready for the beta release.

New Tailwind CSS beta release dropped 👀 We spent the past week polishing our Vite and PostCSS extensions and made them a ton faster. Definitely update if you're already on v4 beta!

This has been so much fun to work on with the team, definitely try it out and give us feedback!
My favorites:
- The new first-class Vite plugin as it's so much faster in dev mode
- P3 color defaults and oklab/oklch gradiant modifiers
- The fact that I can upgrade my v3 projects with one command 🤯
