That being said, for smaller projects maybe it would be cool to have some kind of Dispatchable trait on an Action.

Exactly, to me a Job is just like a Controller, I prefer to keep it lean and put the logic inside the Action.

If you are using the Actions pattern the Job should just be a way of executing them.

There should be a maximum difference in mic quality among podcast hosts/guests.

I think the only places where you will push these machines is when running tests, so maybe the M4 Max with more cores is better? That's if you are levaraging parallel tests ofcourse.
