"Therapist" did not throw me off. It was more when our characters all of a sudden were talking like they had been working with a therapist. Would have been more interesting and less jarring if it had been set up that Kal had been working with them but timeline made it impossible.

Fnished Wind and Truth and idk the lore stuff was cool, but I don't think there was 1300 pgs. of story left to tell.Also was anyone else pulled out of the story by the characters all of a sudden using modern therapy terms? The Jasnah scene = S tier though. Best conflict in the entire book. 3/5.

After three months of studying, I finally passed my certification and can start back up on my Cosmere journey! I am trying to get through Mistborn Era 2 before I start Wind and Truth... but boy is it hard. Hoping Shadow of Self picks up. I do not care for these characters at all. Ok Marasi is cool.

There was something in her mannerisms in the first scene with her and Vel then I wanted it to be true so badly. Lol I 100% thought for a second that maybe she was the real shot caller too. I'd so watch a series about her. To be honest I need to know what happens to every new character.

TLOU TV Thoughts: TLDR: Actors = great, Writting= frustrating. My S1 fears came true. The changes made to Ellie don't make her fall to darkness drastic enough. The entire point of the story is to go from "LFG! to wait my fictional daughter is becoming the villain." Also, not enough time to connect.

Couldn't decide between starting a new RDR2 or TLOU2 playthrough. I really wanted to do both, so I opened an old Cyberpunk save instead... What is my malfunction? (Not a jab at Cyberpunk actually a question about what goes on in my head.)

TLOU games = my favorite story of all time. The show is OK, but I think it just moved too fast. If I hadn't played, I think I'd have a hard time connecting & would be confused by some of the characters' actions. Can we give props to Bella, Kaitlyn, Isabela, and Tati tho? They are so good.
