Not good news. Bursaries for trainee English teachers were cut in half ( unlike for other subjects) - and now we see a significant drop in recruitment for our subject.

A really clear and helpful breakdown of the Supreme Court legal case, highlighting what it did/didn’t say, as well as the political cowardice and the horrifying media frenzy that has followed its verdict.

Managed to squeeze in another April read. Loved this. What a great GCSE text choice!
