She sassed him about displaying the 10 commandments and I about jumped through the TV like Ma’am, how dare you address a man of his stature in that way! And turned off the tv.

Respectfully, there’s a difference between being ableist and following federal laws. I worked that system for 22 years until my kid aged out. As much as I hated it, adulthood is worse. At least for my “kid.” I don’t see how parents are going to be able to replace the work of a Federal dept.

So far this morning @npr.org has interviewed the fasc Likud party loving Nobel awardee and not a single peep about the decimation of the Federal Special Education offices of the DofEduc. So disappointed. Way to side with your enemies and throw your allies overboard.

Yet to read- comes from a trusted source. We need 💯 % more attention on what is happening at the DoEd with special ed and IDEA
