Oh yeah the rom itself has almost everything, but github itself is lacking a lot of ui features to keep download and maintain a project, which is odd given that git is so monolithic

I mean there might a git repo that makes git more user friendly, but github/gitlab themselves are not at all. I feel so sketchy asking people to install a trough the terminal for it.

Even as developer it’s annoying, like why do I need to recite magic words into my black screen orb to update a pokemon romhack?

I use git everyday I still can fathom how there is not a user friendly way to install stuff, normal people don’t use the terminal, only specific neurodivergents
