Good question, I don’t know. I only know that discovery learning is best suited for students who have more prerequisite knowledge in a specific domain so that they can handle this working method. Otherwise cognitive overload can be a risk I believe

Why I prefer formative action over FA. Too often, β€œformative assessment” turns into assessment without grades and then we focus on tools. Formative action is about how you ACT on the information. What am I curious about? What misconceptions do I expect? How will I respond when I see them?
