I've seen posts indicating Paypal are having an easy time of it so far. Itch are very strongly saying that Paypal and Stripe are the major targets here, so do make sure to hit them!
Stripe's phone numbers are being reported as not connecting, but new numbers keep being shared. Keep an eye on those!
