my therapist gave me a look like 'for real?' when I told her I wasn't manic as i explained common signs of mania. I'm not manic I just: shaved my head, got two face piercings out of the blue, gambled a bunch, started talking to my ex and I cry constantly. manic...yeah right. 😌

My last commission I finished. It was for a friend: made her a fursona but she didn't want to see it til it was 100% done. Really fun stuff!!

I've never had a strong grasp on backgrounds and shoes and both are my favorite now. Something about redoing it til it's the best version brings me a lot of pride. I'd give up before and just insist I wasn't a good artist. I wasn't because I never pushed myself to be any better than I was!

I think it's okay to cry now 😊 this is my public apology to myself for loving the process of drawing shoes.
