Well the article suggests they will do that up to a point, on a year-by-year basis, at unaffordable rates, and then stop.

Even sadder that the article does not mention that (have seen it talked about elsewhere) and suggests they will just stop offering coverage.

Plus some Toronto cyclists are almost as dangerous to the unwitting pedestrians as the cars.

Tailored and custom clothing is a wonder. Can’t justify the expense in North America but it was something I enjoyed and could afford when I lived in the Caribbean. Shirts as much as trousers (though I miss the fit of custom trousers more than the style and fun of custom shirts).

Ontario, and Toronto in particular, encourages pedestrians to believe that car drivers can and will always look out for their safety.
