Why I adore my green spaces. And yes, I hug a tree while I’m there too. A recent enough development. It’s the same tree. It is right by the rushing part of the stream that meanders through the area. I say hello and then I say thank you.

No matter what I try to put in place, my brain will meander around it eventually and return to its normal.

I see where you’re coming from. But sometimes I don’t need to eat because the #OzempicTales and then all meds go out the window. It’s a wonder I’m still alive. Or even if I am late eating, taking meds will simply not occur to me.

There’s a blank space where those abilities should be.

What choice do I have?

I think living with this pain became normalised for me. I have an extremely high threshold and am a one parent family that works full time. I’ve got it all going on. I’ve been on meds for 7 years for diabetes and I’ll still not think to take my meds.

I await an MRI.

I’ve thrown a bit of dye on the gruaig.

No idea how it’ll turn out. Might end up having to wear a hat for the next few weeks.
