Up here in Canada, it's exhausting. I imagine it's the same in Mexico. And I feel horrible for the sane people in the states.

It's like living with the worst possible neighbour who screams in the middle of the night and loves waving around weapons to keep the kids off their lawn.

Sadly, it shouldn't be surprising. Donald plays on the idea of the states being the center of the universe, and we've all been watching propaganda about that all our lives.

The rest of us woke up quick to reality. Hopefully they'll get there eventually.

Migraines are the worst. I get them a few times a month and lately weather changes or certain smells can trigger them. Darkness, ginger tea, and hot baths can help. Cold compresses on the back of the neck and hand massages offer some relief.

That's true—I hadn't considered that angle. I think the best approach is more of what's being done already. Make noise when they're around, and obstruct whenever possible.

This is probably a case where there's smart minds at work on these issues. Supporting them is the smartest move.
