If you slow video down to 1/2 or 1/4 speed, you can see multiple agents have their guns out while actively fighting with the man on the ground; one of the agents is literally pistol whipping him. This is what happens when you don't train ICE and let an armed goon squad patrol our cities. #AbolishICE

I have watched the video several times and genuinely can't understand why they started shooting. Even if he was armed, owning a gun is legal in the US and it doesn't appear the man being beaten by masked agents was reaching for it. I hope we get to see a ton of these guys go to prison.

I'm really looking forward to hearing from the same people who have spent decades yelling about the Second Amendment that this shooting was somehow justified because the observer (allegedly) had a gun.

Attended a vigil for Renee Good this evening in Vienna. Minneapolis — the place I called home for over ten years — will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s where I served as a police officer and worked to make the community safer. Seeing it now resemble a militarized zone is heartbreaking.
