Ms. Reid recalls that the video clearly showed what the government has alleged was an attempted knee to the groin. She recalls that the angle of the video shows that the knee was not directed at any law enforcement officer but was a reactive movement.

FPD for Sydney Reid (a woman accused of assault after cops manhandled her for filming an ICE arrest) say that the government did not preserve video that one of the officers watching took, which she claims is exculpatory.

They're moving to dismiss the case.
