Medicare for all, universal healthcare, I'm for anything that gets the profit motive out of our health.
I only mention public option for those afraid of the idea of limiting a private insurance company's ability to profit off we the people.

Looks kinda "superstitious".

They get the attention they crave and we get more angry.
Let us not forget the value of the 60 vote threshold for Supreme Court justices that McConnel scrapped in 2017.
Prior to that, there was compromise and we didn't end up with partisan zealots on the Court.
We seem to have a tendency to hoard thoughts like some folks hoard stuff.

it is our tolerance of a system that eventually led to the creation of those monsters.

If legislators are effective in that regard, what does age have to do with it?
It's amazing what a truly informed citizenry can create for themselves.

And the only way to change that is to vote for the better of two candidates. Progress is painfully slow.
Not voting never did a damn thing.
Indeed.

That's where our chances to get not only our preferred candidate but also our policy ideas into a platform.

A good time to be reminded.
Every dollar you spend buys the kind of world you want to live in.
Spend wisely.
That goes for investing too.

Words matter.
We citizens in the United States should refrain from using the word "leaders" to describe our elected officials.
They are our representatives. It is our government, and they are elected to represent the will of we the people. They're not elected to "lead" us wherever they desire.
Sure, not voting.
That assures we end up with the greater of two evils. Works every time.
