The Court rules 6-3 that Medicaid doesn't give individuals an unambiguous right to challenge this type of decision.

A Mysterious Group Contacted Abortion Clinics Offering Help. Is it a Scam, an Anti-Abortion Scheme, or Both? Discreet Care claims to provide “concierge” services like appointment booking and travel planning, but it appears to put abortion seekers at risk.

In April, a strange website appeared, offering abortion "concierge" services. In May, it started contacting clinics.

"If you are paying us to coordinate for you, we will provide certified, safe clinics in our network who treat you like a Princess, 🙂” the organization wrote to a secret shopper.

No speculum! Just a swab that goes in the vagina. It’s nice that this exists but people can already ask their providers about self-collected paps! Many of us already offer self-swab in the office for folks who prefer not to have a spec exam. Requires a visit but is covered by insurance!
