These are the foundations of real freedom.

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”

Funny how that works.

Giving is truly pleasurable. Perhaps Harper's friends were wealthy, but maybe they didn't have a lot of $ and sacrificed, seeing someone special. Harper was a great writer. RIP

This pic features the giant nine-ringed galaxy LEDA 1313424, nicknamed "Bullseye". The blue dwarf galaxy, sitting to its immediate center-left, seems to be the most likely impactor because it shows signs of disturbance, such as the formation of new stars in blue clumps, that could have been caused by the impact. The "small" impactor traveled like an arrow through the core of the Bullseye about 56 million years ago, leaving rings in its wake like ripples in a pond.
