But an animator like Baxter can pull this off based on passion and hours of effort.

It's kind of a go-to expectation because hybrid 2D/3D techniques have been used in animation for a long while. The more noticable stuff has been more about saving money on complex sequences, usually involving vehicles.

The kinda tech here would merit a way bigger budget than I think a streaming
