this flu really is kicking my ass though SRRRSLLLYYYYY .... my throat hurts so badly I hate it </3 had to cancel a lesson I was meant to teach this afternoon first time in TWO YEARS I've cancelled a lesson. sad :(

so this is my promise to myself: I promise I will keep pushing, but will make recharging as high priority as the #grind. because I wake up and shove myself through the day but don't fuel myself physically, spiritually and mentally once it's finally done. including GETTING HEALTHY

keep pushing and pushing, working more studying more etc but have 100% not been balancing it will filling my cup more often. like, I am running on empty - how can I expect to fuel myself with video games and takeaways? for everything I dream of? there's noooo way

it gives me some time to stop and consider the next steps, how to take better care of myself and get healthier, schedule in tangible things like using my psychiatrist referral so I can go get medicated, visit the GP.... slowing down and taking stock. I've been proud of myself for trying to -
