It still doesn’t feel real, and I am sad to leave Philly, but this position is everything I’ve dreamed of. Special thanks to my mentor, Mike, for continuing to believe in me and our work, and all of my family and friends for their support along the way ❤️

I think so! Unless there’s a fancier way that I’m unaware of 🙃

One ID links all three projects so when we export data spreadsheets we merge by ID. You can have multiple visits within each participant and specify which data collection instruments you want for each visit. This may not be the best system organizationally, but it has worked well for us!

(3) Child: This is where we store data collected from children: questionnaires, documentation of tasks and imaging, etc.

(2) Parent: This is where we store parent data like parent-report questionnaires, interviews done with parents, etc.

(1) Screening: This is what we use when we screen participants over the phone and where we "register" them for the study. It's the only project that includes PHI. This is also where consents are stored.

We have three separate REDCap projects for each study. One called "screening", one called "parent," and one called "child."
