Hi! Zeus Constant can be read alone but I generally recommend reading Hades Calculus first for how the themes reveals are layered.

At a time when queer people are being monstered and the west is backsliding into fascism, to homo+transphobia. I'm blessed to be part books that reclaim this grotesquerie of queerness to make critiques of these reactionary narrative trends and the systems that uphold them.

I've noticed a lot of ostensibly gay books are not "culturally" queer. They exhibit either a disconnect or a dismissal of liberation in their aim to be assimilated into more palatable trends, informed by trade restrictions that perpetuate stigma against queer people rather than subvert them.

GO's fandom is quite beautiful. It's so rare for an indie series to draw this kind of engagement and attention. We're so grateful for everyone's support ❤️
