Using the @intlbrainlab.bsky.social BWM dataset, which comprises electrophysiological recordings of 60 k neurons covering one mouse brain hemisphere, we find all brain regions contain most neural response types, i.e. function is widely distributed:

๐Ÿš€ Today we're launching the 'Night Science Institute', a non-for-profit organization to lead a cultural shift in science! You may say we're dreamers ๐Ÿ˜‰, but we think we're not the only ones. Perhaps today you will join us to make the Day Science and Night Science parts of the process live as one!

I now had a chance to listen to it and itโ€™s not entirely terrible. Gauteโ€™s voice is actually quite soothing and his questions are good. You might not immediately die while listening to this. Thanks @gauteeinevoll.bsky.social for cutting out all the bits that wouldโ€™ve gotten me fired.

Fair! Although it does add to it if that part of your world model is experienced or not, as that is of course a key difference in processed information. I.e
we perceived tons of information but just experience part of that, which we for example report to our friends.
