Honesty to the court is the only way. And if they have to seek to be removed as counsel, so be it.

1. DHS surges 3,000 officers to Minneapolis without doing anywhere near enough prep first.
2. Hundreds of habeas cases overwhelm local courts.
3. Dozens of DOJ lawyers quit in disgust/anger.
4. The DOJ brings in JAGs to cover.
5. A JAG was just held in contempt and fined $500/day for ICE's failures.

Screenshot of an article on The Argument website. The headline banner reads β€œTHE ARGUMENT” with a purple β€œSubscribe” button and β€œSign in” link at the top. The visible text discusses LGBTQ+ civil rights, noting that Iowa’s governor removed gender identity as a protected class in the Iowa Civil Rights Act and that Iowa lawmakers are trying to make it harder for local governments to pass their own civil rights protections. It adds that more than half of U.S. states do not fully ban discrimination against trans people in housing and employment, and argues that durable civil rights protections must be built through liberal democratic processes rather than by making disagreement illegal.

What the hell is Jerusalem even trying to say here? The one policy that majorities support, civil rights protections for trans people, were successfully stripped away in Iowa and that's a viable path forward because? It also ignores that Bostock is already federal law but the EEOC will not enforce.

This only ends when Trump is gone.

The Consumer Protection Division ("CPD") of the OAG has a pending investigation into antifa- affiliated companies for potential violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. If violations are uncovered, CPD will initiate enforcement proceedings. Accordingly, the OAG anticipates litigation in this matter. The requested information relates to the anticipated litigation, and has not been seen or provided to all the respective parties involved. Accordingly, the OAG asserts the requested information be withheld from required public disclosure under section 552.103 of the Government Code.

II. Conclusion

The OAG respectfully requests a decision from the Open Records Division regarding the applicability of the argued exception as provided by the PIA.

After TX Attorney General Ken Paxton announced civil action against the Screwston Anti-fascist Committee in Houston, I requested internal communications about it. The OAG requested the records be exempt, citing an investigation into "potential violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act."

Manhattan Hospital Ends Medical Treatment for Transgender Youth

In a blatant violation of NY state and NYC law, NYU Langone has shut down its youth gender clinic and caused a potential forced detransition to its patients. Where is the NY AG and Mayor Mamdani?

DHS is holding a 2-month-old BABY at a detention facility in Texas.

Last night, Juan NicolΓ‘s was rushed to the hospital after choking on his own vomit & being unable to breathe.

This demands accountability β€” not a blank check for more cruelty.

"It's never taken much knowlege to build a small app for yourself"

This is the funniest part. Because it absolutely has. But you think that is easy but somehow you're convinced AI coding is hard and always flawed. You should try it instead of just pontificating in wonderment.

I wish someone would throw down a challenge. Pick some project and see if you can code it better or faster or either than someone using AI. Mike Mulligan and The Steam Shovel, Part II. Blind judging would be great too.

In the hands of someone capable, it is a good tool.
