Someone misusing a word does not mean when a prime example of that word is happening it's somehow not actually that word, actually.
"Fascism" and "nazi" are actually quite accurate words to describe what's happening

And I do want to stress good*** legislation, not ineffective or harmful legislation, but that can be something that can be worked out in the details of what to do specifically, I'm just wanting an actual dialogue on what that would look like other than "do nothing, ever"
