The Guardian adds some technical detail: he was born son of a queen which makes him a prince, can't be taken away. The Dukedom requires Act of Parliament to remove so he simply won't use it. All the pack of nonsense, isn't it? Didn't the French have a rather harsh way of removing royal privileges?
