A couple of instances over the years but it's one of those "man bites dog" news items i.e. you rarely hear it when a driver kills somebody (because of the frequency), but when a cyclist does it's all over the press

Quite pleased with my effort up Coll De Sa Crueta. I wasn’t going for a time but got close to my PB without too high a bpm. So I guess I’ve lost weight since last year
