That’s totally fair! I think one of my least favourite flavour profiles of coffee is where there’s an acidic quality to it. Bitter I can handle. These days I feel I gravitate more to tea than coffee.

Got a new passport photo taken and the photographer (a v kind, older guy) was like, “Your bangs can’t cover your eyebrows” (what??) and encouraged me to “look happier” (but not smile). Result? Somehow I look surprised but also indifferent 😐

I was waiting to get off the bus and a lady let me go ahead of her. I said “thank you!” and bowed simultaneously. Hate to one of those people but it’s weird how that became second nature to me after being in Japan for only two weeks.
