Good because I don't actually have my manager's phone number incase something happens.
Bad because I'm off for an appointment and my ass is still in there answering shit 🙃

Worry was validated, but it's not something I need to be anxious about because it's a task that is never-ending, and any progress is good progress.

I just admitted to my manager that I'm struggling with an aspect of my job. Wish me and my anxiety luck 🙃
