I was abosultely beside myself when I saw them last year. Also on my bucket list! Barely visible to the naked eye, but easy to capture on my phone.

It was even visible (through a camera) here in Auckland, New Zealand. Not as good as May '24, and unfortunately the weather was terrible, but a few people got a peek through a break in the clouds.

And he's slurring a lot like my 86-year old dad whose false teeth don't fit properly.

Looks like they made the L50 jacket available to everyone and the L50 pose is broken.

Then X seems to say "they'll never know" (which Carlson interprets as "not for long"). Then Elon mentions Pennsylvania and X claps his hand over Elon's mouth. I could be reaching, but 🤷

I’m new to freshwater tropical aquariums. My biggest learning so far is to always have floating plants. Our options are severely limited in New Zealand so I’m using hydrocotyle leucocephala. Love the lily pad vibe and roots that don’t try to grow all the way down to the substrate.

Worked with a guy that got TB from drinking raw milk while on a mission in Samoa. I was lucky that I was old enough to have been vaccinated at school, but a few younger people in our office caught it from him. Local health authorities came in and tested everyone. Good times.

About 20 years ago someone I worked with went to Samoa for a holiday and drank raw milk, from which he caught TB. He came back and infected several other people in our office. Thankfully the NZ public health response was swift and comprehensive (and I had been vaccinated against it in school).
