What sucks so much on top of this is these fires are an industry tragedy. So many animation workers were already dealing with unemployment and all the bullshit of the past few years and this is really kicking them when they're down. Please help if you can!

it's inhumane at this point how hard the studios are fighting to stop the expansion of the LA Agreement so animation workers don't have to decide whether they're ok with their house burning down as long as they get to work on Cool Show

This! The combat in this game is fun and pretty damn stylish. Yeah there's some sexualized moments that make you say "Okay, they didn't need to use that camera angle 😅" But they usually only last 2 seconds, and it's back to the stylish action!

Oh! Work on passion projects with a team, and make sure they get finished. If you can show that you can work with a team, and finish projects without the incentive of money, it’ll look good on a resume.

Honestly, I’m not sure if I could give any solid advice because I can only really tell you what worked for me 5 years ago. I made a resume and demo reel with my best work on it after graduating in 2019, and just started applying to places.
