💯 So much energy in our state goes to shutting down proposed fixes for serious problems vs working to find better solutions.

I don’t support the exact language, but will vote Yes bc the proposal I do support (& filed) went no where, like tax relief, transfer fee & more. Past time to do something.

My last phd left behind in Leicester Geography just got awarded his phd outright - well done Stefano Pagin - wonderful PhD on gentrification in Sao Paulo 🤩🤩🥳🥳
