I use the free version of Notion to organize tasks for large projects. (They’re pushing AI in their marketing, but I have found it easy to use without the AI tools.)

I sometimes use hashtags in my own docs as a way to easily find / sort things. You could use an app like Google Keep to take notes on individual events, but also develop a series of personal hashtags (spring, sunny, soccer, etc) that make it easy to search across all notes for a particular tag.
