A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Member Gathering held in partnership with @newgorbalsha.bsky.social last Thursday.

We hope members enjoyed the sessions as much as we did and left feeling inspired!

For our final TIS Member Gathering Session, Pedro Cameron, Tenant Participation and Engagement Manager and Sharon Donohoe, Development Director at TIS walked us through each stage of the process focusing on different choices landlords could make when engaging with residents.

Next on our agenda at today’s TIS Member Gathering was a fantastic talk from Claire Lewis, Housing Services Manager at South Lanarkshire Council about their recent large scale survey and hugely successful Customer Voices Conference👏
