Longest run: 9.59 km (6 miles)
Average run: 7.21 km (4.5 miles)
Average pace: 5:32/km (8:55/mi)
Fastest km: 4:58/km (8:00/mi)
VO₂ max: 45.8

Dark mornings, plenty of rain and a noticeable drop in temperature — but on the upside, somewhere during September I passed the 1,000 mile (1,609 km) mark for the year to date!
