Oh, facebook too is annoyingly useful - best place to find dedicated local support groups/organisations that help all of you out in various ways. We have a dementia choir & dementia cafe here, while we didn't use them I know people who do, hopefully there is something similar nearby for you too :)

Not Wales but I'd advise to contact anyone/everyone - Age UK, Dementia UK for starters but also the adult social care folks in the area. Our local council had a dementia-specific department & they helped immensely out of hours & with medication queries.
