What should I call this lil guy? Froat? Caog? Frat? Fat??? 😂

I was so bummed to be too busy with moving to draw more for Halloween so I'm making up for lost time- only to get an eye infection so I had to squint through painful eyes to finish this painting 😭

The forest behind our new house is full of heathers, and it made me think of a broom made of heathers

I can slowly feel my art block fading as I finally catch up on sleep again.

This painting is inspired by my road trip through Germany before arriving at my new home in Sweden. I loved the modern wind turbines juxtaposed against the old buildings.

We've finally arrived at our new home in Sweden, but right now we barely have any furniture so I've only been able to doodle a little bit on my iPad in bed. But we just got more chairs and I'll finally be able to paint on my desktop computer with a proper tablet again!

The real horror this spooky season is how little time I've had to draw due to moving😭 I feel like I have forgotten how to even hold a pen. This has definitely made me art blocked so my apologies for the subpar art lately.

The plane was pretty small and the ride was very bumpy (I threw up twice 😭) and crowded, but my babies are safe and that's all that matters. I heard there is also Bark Air that offers a similar service but they didn't have flights from my location. I hope that helps!

Another question was about what airline allowed me to fly with my dogs. I used K9 Jets, which is a chartered flight where dog lovers got to fly with their dogs in the cabin. My dogs are family and I don't want to risk them getting hurt or worse in the cargo by a regular airline.

I do have plans to ship some stuff from the both the EU and the US in the future, but right now I'm just trying to get myself settled first before worrying about the shop. We just got a microwave today and I'm so happy to eat warm food again 😭

The only items that were discontinued were wall scrolls and tote bags. This is because my shipping assistant is still based in the US, so she can still ship small things like prints from her house, but there was no space for big items like wall scrolls.

Thank you all for the well wishes towards my move to Sweden! I realized there was some misunderstanding about my web shop and people have been panicking. All the prints, artbooks, koi lanterns, etc will still be sold as before.

Here is the inspiration photo featuring Luna! Nova couldn't fit on the same seat so she was by my legs but I drew them both into the painting.

The floofs and I have officially arrived in Europe!

I've been so busy with moving and assembling new furniture that I haven't had time to draw. But soon my desk and computer will be set up and I can get back to making art!

Omg I love that show! I've watched it at least 4 times by now. Gonna cozy up for a 5th watch when I'm in Sweden.

I'm really excited to go mushroom hunting after my move to Sweden. I actually poisoned myself once because while the mushroom I found was edible, the tree it was growing on was toxic and leached toxins into the mushroom. I vomited three times, 0/10 do not recommend.
