One of the writers, Eric BakoviΔ, is a professor at the program where I studied! A classic case of leaving the deaf person out of the discourse, maybe?

Could you elaborate?? Just learned of this. I just got my paper published with Lingua, and had a good, if perhaps a bit naive, impression about their open access stuff. They offered open access preprints, offered me link to allow people to download free for 60 days.

So glad and honored to be presenting this at #TISLR15. Big thanks to those who came up to me after and discussed such relevant topics in lieu of no Q&A!

Intro slide, Tory
High energy by Tory!
The lively delivery yesterdsy by Tory Sampson at #TISLR15 just had to be shared! The photos cannot fully capture her energy and vitality. The topic "Mapping the distribution of Noun/Verb pairs in ASL" was insightful.
