25.05.2025 22:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0This weekโs Quiet Rebellion Caselog is for the ones who feel most alive in a crisisโฆ and donโt know who they are when things get quiet.
25.05.2025 22:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Some high performers donโt burn out. They burn up.
Their nervous systems are calibrated for speed. Their calendars are full of fire drills. Their value is tied to how fast they can fix something.
Itโs not selfish to have needs.
Itโs called being sovereign.
Itโs called being human.

Conscious Leadership and Human BE-ing Coach
We learned to be low-maintenance. Reliable. Accommodating.
And we got rewarded for itโฆ until it became a habit that no longer served us.
Caselog #08 is for the ones who give until thereโs nothing leftโฆ and still feel like itโs not enough.
Check in with your body, thoughts, and feelings.
Simply pause, notice.
What it like to be alive right now?
What is it like to be you?
Notice the quality of your experience, without judgment, without trying to change it.
Without making it wrong.
Just notice.
Are you here?
Have you fully arrived?
The meaning of life can only be a specific one, specific both in relation to each individual person and in relation to each individual hour.
The question that life asks us changes both from person to person and from situation to situation
- Victor Frankl (Yes to life, in spite of everything)
The word "coach" itself comes from 15th-century Kocs, Hungary, where carriages transported people from one place to another.
Today, a coach does the same, just without the wheels and horses.
Mentorship. Guidance.Teaching. Leading. Movement.
Who has been your greatest guide on the journey of life?
Before they were called โcoaches,โ they were called mentor, guide, or teacher.
Even leader.
Each word reflects a timeless role: someone who helps you grow, navigate challenges, and move forward.
Case 06 is for the rebels who donโt trust the rebellion yet.
The ones still lurking on the edge of the work.
Too curious to look away.
Too jaded to lean in.
Read it anyway.
You might recognize yourself.

Because youโve been burned before.
By systems.
By promises.
By your own past attempts to change.
The truth is, you are seeking.
You wouldnโt be reading this if you werenโt.
But if you're honest, a part of you is alsoโฆresisting.
Rolling your eyes.
Playing it cool.
Distrusting every coach, guide, or tool that dares get too close.
What if instead of checking your phone first thing in the morning and the last thing you do before bed, you checked in with your body, heart and mind instead.
What kind of different notifications might you find?
The part they don't talk about re:entrepreneurship.
It's like being on the precipice of wild success or complete and utter failure at any moment.
That takes a different kind of approach to self care and leadership.
Pro tip: Doing your inner work as is just as important as doing your OKRs.

19.05.2025 02:02 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0How many of your favorite season do you have left?
How do you want to live them?
Life is too fleeting to be unconscious.
But you still have time to reclaim what's yours.
In an age of distraction, reclaiming your time, energy and attention is an act of rebellion.

The average lifespan of an American is about 77.5 years.
Let's be generous and say you get to live to 80 for easy math.
What's your favorite season?
Mine is summer.
That's 80 summers in a lifetime.
Now think about how old you are.
I'm 47.
That gives me about 30 more summers to experience.
Stop trying to own your career. Own your life instead.
A short story about surviving, thriving and what it took to finally own my life.

Others I journal, stretch, or just breathe.
After a few weeks of travel, Iโm finding my way back -

05.05.2025 17:57 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Every rebellion begins with a plan.
Whatโs yours?
The Quiet Rebellion isnโt about chaos.
Itโs about recalibrating...shifting from survival mode to building something new, on your terms.
So, ask yourself:
What will you fight for in the life youโre creating?
What small step can you take today to honor that future?
Hope says: โThings can be different.โ
Focus says: โHereโs what Iโll prioritize to make it happen.โ
Goals say: โThis is where Iโm headed next.โ
It reminds us thereโs life beyond the daily hustle, beyond the endless cycle of demands, and it anchors us in possibility when uncertainty feels overwhelming.
But hope alone isnโt enough.
It needs focus to sharpen it and goals to guide it.
What will you do after?
This is the quiet question that sparks every rebellion worth fighting.
Hope isnโt just wishful thinking, itโs a strategy.
I just found out you can drive on 0 miles left in the tank for about 3 miles in my truck. That was a close call.
